Kajabi Pricing (2024) - What Plan Suits Your Business?
Navigating the world of online course platforms can be a daunting task, especially when it comes to understanding the value behind the price tag. As a course creator myself, I’ve tested just about every platform out there, and Kajabi is without a doubt one of my favorites. At first glance, with plans ranging from $119 to $399 a month, Kajabi might seem a tad pricier than some of its counterparts, but it’s essential to look beyond just the numbers.
Kajabi stands out not just as a course platform but as a holistic solution for digital entrepreneurs. It’s a true all-in-one platform, offering not only course creation and delivery features but also a plethora of marketing tools. From a blog builder and podcasting capabilities to a sales funnel builder, email marketing software, coaching features, and membership sites, Kajabi provides immense value for its price. With so many features, it’s no wonder Kajabi users have generated over $6 billion in revenue.
In this article, I’ll break down the various plans and help you understand why Kajabi might just be the investment your online business needs. Here are the quick details about Kajabi pricing plans: There’s the Basic plan at $149 per month, the Growth plan at $199 per month and the Pro plan at $399 per month. Those are the prices when you pay month to month. However, you can get 20% if you pay annually as one lump sum payment.
For a short period ending soon in 2024, we have secured a special deal to extend Kajabi’s free trial from its standard 14 days to 30 days for our readers. If you are interested in this special offer, click here for registration details.
Let’s check out what each Kajabi plan has to offer below.
Kajabi Pricing Plans
($119/mo when paid annually saving $360 a year)
($159/mo when paid annually saving $480 a year)
($319/mo when paid annually saving $960 a year)
Kajabi Basic Plan at $149 per month ($119 per month when billed annually)
As a starting point, the Basic Kajabi plan provides access to 3 Products and 3 Pipelines.
A Kajabi Product is the asset you plan to offer digitally so this includes online courses, membership areas, resource centers or communities.
Pipelines are optimised content marketing and sales funnel sequences that have been automated and streamlined so you don’t have to build from scratch.

You are limited to 1 website and 1 admin user at the basic plan level but this should suit most entry level entrepreneurs and business owners. These are built with their responsive website builder (which includes great Kajabi templates) and they can take the form of a membership site if you wish. You are also restricted to 10,000 Contacts at this level.
The more important feature constraint to watch for though is Active Members which is set at 1,000. Active members are contacts that have logged on their account with you within the last 30 days.
This would be the more likely feature for you to reach your limit on and outgrow. In reality though, if your online business has over 1,000 active members, you should be able to afford the $50 step up to the Kajabi Growth plan.
Additional features to note would be 0% transaction fees. Many competitors charge roughly 5% at the base plan level so this is a noteworthy perk of their Basic Plan.
Unlimited landing sales pages and marketing emails are also offered at this tier, another important perk when you are trying to build your audience.
Kajabi Sign Up Process
The Kajabi platform requires users to input their email details in stage one and then you are brought to this page you see in the screenshot.
Here you must put in your credit card details and Kajabi will charge once the free trial period is over. Currently, a 14 day trial period is available through the link below.
If you sign up for the Growth or Pro plan, you can simply downgrade to the Basic Plan at the end of the trial period before becoming a full member.
All the major credit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
A deeper look at the feature list can be found in our Kajabi review article.
Growth Plan at $199 per month ($159 per month with annual billing option)
The Growth plan tier provides more volume in every feature.
Products and Pipelines are increased and 10 admin users can work on the website. Most importantly, you get a bump in the active user limit to 10,000 while contacts increase to 25,000.
Advanced automations allow you to drill down further in your automated targeting. Specifically, an ‘Only If’ filter is added to your automation conditions so you can customize your reach further in your email marketing campaigns or digital product posts.
The Growth Plan adds the affiliate program feature at this tier too which means you can use your audience to help grow your business.
Simply give them a share link which they can use to bring leads to your site and pay them a percentage for every referral that becomes a customer.
As is standard in all software packages, you get added customer support as you go up the tiers with 24/7 chat support offered with the Growth Plan.
Growing companies looking for more brand independence can also benefit from the option to remove the ‘Powered by Kajabi’ page display with this plan.
Pro Plan at $399 per month ($319 per month when billed annually)
The Pro Plan features increases are pretty self explanatory – all your limits are increased in Products, Pipelines, emails and contacts/users.
The Pro Plan gives you the allowance to use Kajabi’s software on three websites.
The Plan is targeted at digital agencies managing a few companies’ online presence and successful business owners who are broadening their site portfolio.
The code editor is the other noteworthy feature that Kajabi offers at the Pro Plan level. Companies can therefore fully customize specific parts of the Kajabi software like the email marketing campaign templates to suit their online business.
Kajabi Access (Add On of $99 per month)
The Kajabi Access add-on provides a selection of additional features to users.
Firstly, you get six 1-to-1 Success Sessions with a Kajabi Customer Success Manager. As Kajabi experts, they can proactively help you achieve your business objectives through the platform. These sessions last for 45 minutes each.
Membership of the Kajabi Access plan also doubles your feature offerings. So instead of 3 Products and 3 Pipelines with the Basic Plan, you have access to 6 Products and 6 Pipelines with the Basic plus Access plan.
Kajabi Access is available to add to any Kajabi plan for $99 per month and it can be used with either monthly or annual plans. For example, adding Kajabi Access to your Basic plan would mean you pay $248 per month ($149 + $99). Access can also be added at the Free trial stage for testing if you are a new customer.
Additonal benefits of the Kajabi Access plan include early access to new Kajabi features through Beta launches and the ability to use the custom code editor to personalize the layout of your website.
