This plan offers a ton of checkout experiences, including embedded checkout, express checkout, and other unique experiences that can greatly boost your conversion rates. Plus, its one-click checkout is another big deal because when you offer a convenient checkout process, more customers are likely to buy.
More importantly, there are no additional processing or transaction fees, a common feature for other shopping cart platforms’ entry-level pricing plans. Furthermore, you can accept payments worldwide, as it supports PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SamPay, and more!
Another cool aspect of this plan is that it offers pre-built templates you can leverage to drive conversions and boost profits. More advanced checkout features with the SamCart Launch plan include the Pay What You Want (PWYW) feature. If you are selling artistic work, getting donations, or want to let your audience decide what your Product is worth, you can implement this feature. Coupons and discounts are also enabled in this pricing tier. Besides PWYW, you can sell any kind of digital or physical product. Plus, you can offer one-time payments, subscriptions, and payment plans. But, you can’t offer free or paid trials and product bundles.
When it comes to content delivery, the Launch tier offers basic functionalities like access to a SamCart courses app, digital file downloads, video hosting, drip content, quizzes, worksheets, and more. More importantly, there are no limits on the students or courses. Its built-in video hosting feature is a bonus.
Two caveats for the checkout page experience at the Launch pricing tier. You can’t create custom checkout fields, and this means, you must upgrade to the Growth tier to collate extra information from your customers, beyond what’s available on the default SamCart checkout pages. The other one is that only one admin user is supported in this plan.
You will also get standard sales reports with the SamCart Launch plan instead of the more advanced customer reporting available at higher tiers. But, access is only available to one admin user too with this plan so you will need to share one login account if you have multiple users of the plan at this tier.
Standard integrations with Zapier and membership/email software are provided at this basic tier.
For support, you can expect a two-day turnaround for email queries instead of 1 day which is available at the Pro Plan level.

- Pre-purchase order bumps – You can add an unlimited number of order bumps to the checkout page.
- Post-purchase upsells – This is your upsell workflow, where customers can add more products with just one click.
- Tiered pricing – Your customers can choose a plan that best fits their needs.
- Dynamic coupons – Automatically discounts prices based on expiry dates. It can be recurring too.
- Cart abandonment – An automated trigger to recover your lost sales.
Besides this major difference, this plan provides more flexibility in product offerings. You can offer free and paid trials, offer multiple pricing tiers, and even offer product bundles. Also, you can provide custom receipts and thank you notes for each purchase to add a personal touch to selling. If your customers pay through a credit or debit card, they can also save this information on the file.
Another highlight of this plan is subscription management, where you can manage custom start and rebill dates. This option is helpful if you offer subscription-based products that require automatic recurring billing.
The customer reporting functionality becomes more advanced at the Grow plan level with features like the traffic report allowing you to see exactly what blog posts, emails, and adverts are bringing in leads. 3 admin email addresses can also manage your account instead of 1.
Email support response times are set at 1 day with this plan instead of 3 days with the Launch plan.
In all, the Grow plan is one of the best plans in terms of the value it offers, and it can be particularly handy if you plan into other revenue maximization features.
Scale Plan at $319 Per Month ($239 a month if billed annually)
There are many key features unavailable at the Grow plan level that you can get with the Scale plan. This is the highest tier and you can expect the best of SamCart in this plan. Its advanced features are well-suited for organizations that want to scale and grow their business.
The premium plan adds these specialized features like the subscription saver which automatically salvages user payments that fail. It is common for customers to change their credit card details and forget to update their providers or for network issues to cause a failed payment.
You can avoid these failed payment issues in this plan. More importantly, your subscription-based revenue models reduce the risk of losing these customers through outdated payment information. Automatic emails are sent to inform customers about the failed payment
A critical sale feature available at this tier is the Cart Abandonment function. It allows you to contact any lead who started placing an order but then abandoned their cart without completing the sale. Needless to say, this outreach can improve conversion rates and help build a good relationship with customers.
