Let’s now take a detailed look at the features of each Helium 10 plan.

Starter

The Starter plan is priced at $29/month when billed annually and $39/month when billed monthly. It has a lot of features for those on their way to building a successful ecommerce business. It’s a great choice for beginner Amazon sellers.

Account Features

The most important account feature you get in this plan is the Freedom ticket FBA training. This includes 100+ modules from industry experts that will help you to get started and run a successful e-commerce business on Amazon. Also, you can have two connected seller accounts that you can use on Amazon and Walmart.

Product Research

With this plan, you can use the Amazon product research tool up to a maximum of 20 times. This research tool helps to identify the top products in terms of both keywords and popularity, so you can choose from them to greatly boost your chances of earning more revenue.

Likewise, you can use the Amazon trends finder tool to know the products trending for the last 30 days. Accordingly, you can choose a product. In addition, you can download and install the X-ray chrome extension, which will validate the authenticity of an Amazon product you choose. Similarly, the Xray for Walmart extension that comes as a part of this plan, allows up to 50 launches for validating the products on Walmart.

Keyword Research

In this plan, you have limited access to the following tools that can help with keyword research.

  • Cerebro – You can use this tool to look up products based on their unique Amazon Standard Identification Number (ASIN). The same can be done for Walmart too.
  • Magnet – This is a keyword research tool that helps you to identify the most relevant keywords for your product. It’s available both for Walmart and Amazon.
  • Misspellinator – You can use this tool up to 20 times to identify misspelled keywords.

Listing Optimization

You have access to a slew of seller tools that optimizes your listing and helps you to rank high from a technical standpoint. All that’s left is for you to handle the SEO part, so your products come up for the related keywords.

The tools that you get under this plan are:

  • Frankenstein – This Amazon keyword processor tool can be accessed for 30 days to help select the most relevant keywords for your products.
  • Index Checker – This tool can be used up to six times in this plan to check if your products are properly indexed by Amazon.
  • Listing Analyzer – You can use this listing analyzer tool up to two times a month to get valuable insights into your and your competitors’ listing.
  • Listing Builder – This tool helps to bring your product into Amazon search results. You can use it for a limited period of 30 days.

Operations

Moving on to the operations part, you can monitor up to two Amazon Standard Identification Numbers and get alerts in case of Amazon hijacking.  This is unfortunately a common practice where other sellers can compete with you on price, that is, offer a lower price for the same product, to drive you out. This tool will send alerts when it notices signs of hijacking, but only for two products.

You also have the Inventory Protector to prevent anyone from abusing your Amazon coupons and there’s also limited assistance for reimbursement and refund processing. You can also avail inventory management for a limited time of 30 days.

Analytics

The support for analytics is surprisingly limited in this plan. You have Amazon product rank tracking for up to 20 keywords and competitive intelligence for just one market. The only highlight is that you have access to the financial analytics dashboard of both Amazon and Walmart. In fact, access to Walmart’s dashboard is limited to just 90 days.

Besides these features, you have access to the Portals QR code generator, but again that’s highly limited to just one code per 100 scans.

Overall, this is a good starting point for those wanting to explore selling on Amazon and Walmart marketplaces, but can be a bit expensive for the limited features it offers.

Platinum

The Platinum plan costs $84/month when billed annually and $99/month when billed monthly. It comes with all the features available in the Starter plan plus the following. The Account features are similar in both the plans.

Product and Keyword Research

In the Platinum plan, there are no limits on the use of the Amazon product research tool or the trends finder. But the 50 limit for Walmart’s Xray finder is the same as that of the Starter plan.

When it comes to keyword research tools, there are no limits on using them on Amazon,  but Walmart usage will still be limited. You also don’t have limits for using the misspellinator tool.

Listing Optimization

There are lesser limits on the listing optimization tools. Here’s a look at how much you can use them.

  • Frankenstein – No limits
  • Index Checker – 150 uses per month
  • Listing Analyzer – 25 uses per month
  • Listing Builder – Limited in terms of available options, but not in terms of days. For reference, there is a 30-day limit under the Starter plan.

Operations

In this category, you’ll see a significant jump from the Starter and Platinum plans.

You can get Amazon hijacking alerts for up to 100 ASINs and unlimited inventory management for up to 20 SKUs. The most important difference is that you can send up to 5,000 follow-up emails per month to gently remind people who visited your product to buy the same.

Analytics and Marketing

You can track up to 2,500 keywords and up to three markets to gain market intelligence on your target audiences and geographical locations. This information comes in handy to decide which markets are well-suited for you.

In the marketing category, you get ten codes for every 10,000 scans per month as opposed to one code for every hundred scans in the Starter plan. Other than this, you also have limited access to Amazon PPC’s analytics.

In all, you get many additional features than the Starter plan and this can help to consolidate your business and move forward with your business decisions.

Diamond

The Diamond plan costs $209/month when billed annually and $249/month when billed monthly. It includes all the features and all the tools of the Platinum plan, plus the following.

Account Features

As this is the highest plan, you can have up to three users under the same plan. Similarly, you can have up to seller accounts spread across both Amazon and Walmart.

Product and Keyword Research

The product research features are the same as the Platinum plan, with the only difference being there are no limits for using Walmart’s X-ray chrome extension.

Likewise, there are no limits to using any of the tools for keyword research and optimization.

Listing Optimization

The limits for listing optimization tools are also higher when compared to the Platinum plan. Besides the Frankenstein tool, there are no limits for the listing builder tool as well. The Index checker can be used 300 times per month while the listing analyzer can be used up to 50 times.

Operations and Analytics

In this plan, you can receive alerts for up to 300 ASINs when compared to the 100 under the Platinum plan. There are no limits for refunds or inventory management either. You can also send more than 15,000 emails per month.

Analytics and Marketing

The limits are again much higher in this plan. You can track up to 5,000 keywords for Amazon and up to 250 keywords for Walmart. As for market intelligence, the limit is five when compared to three under the Platinum plan.

The marketing features are significant over the other plans. Amazon PPC and analytics even comes with a $20k/month ad spend that’s included as a part of this plan. You can also have six landing portals and 40 codes per 100,000 scans per month.

Overall, this plan is ideal for established ecom and Amazon sellers who are looking to scale their business to new heights. It also helps those who want to expand to newer markets and include more brands and products into their selling portfolio.

Elite

Other than the three above-mentioned plans, there’s another plan called Elite that’s priced at $399/month. This plan is a good choice for advanced sellers who want to scale up quickly and efficiently. This includes access to an elite Facebook group where discussions about scaling products are discussed.

It’s also a good forum for networking with similar individuals. Besides this, there are quarterly in-person workshops and live monthly Amazon seller training sessions with experts.

There’s also a custom plan for those who have outgrown these plans or are looking for specific features.

We hope this information helps to decide which of these is a good choice for your business. In the meantime, here are some FAQs regarding pricing.
