Kajabi Free Success Session Instructions
Our step-by-step guide below shows you how to schedule your free Kajabi Success Session as soon as you sign up as a member.
This 1:1 call takes place with a Kajabi Customer Success Manager (CSM) who has expert knowledge in tailoring Kajabi specifically for different businesses’ needs.
Please remember that the Session must be scheduled within 30 days of activating your account.
- Go to your Kajabi Dashboard.
- Click on the ‘Settings’ icon on the left side of the screen on desktop.
- Under ‘Account Settings’, click ‘Kajabi Access’.
- Book Your Success Session on the Kajabi Access page.
